He was incredibly knowledgeable about a known Hyundai engine defect issue I was dealing with, and his advice helped save me thousands of dollars. Because of his guidance and technical know-how, I was able to handle the situation properly and ultimately receive full compensation from Hyundai. His advice during the process of purchasing a replacement vehicle was also incredibly valuable.
