I don't often leave reviews, but 360 Auto absolutely deserves one and more praise than I've ever given a business before. I had a great experience working with both Sam and Joe. Sam went above and beyond in a way that really stood out. He was able to provide all-around amazing service to my vehicle up until it ultimately needed to be retired due to a manufacturer engine flaw. In addition to servicing my vehicle, his knowledge of the auto industry is deep. He was incredibly knowledgeable about a known Hyundai engine defect issue I was dealing with, and his advice helped save me thousands of dollars. Because of his guidance and technical know-how, I was able to handle the situation properly and ultimately receive full compensation from Hyundai. His advice during the process of purchasing a replacement vehicle was also incredibly valuable. He is honest, patient, professional, and clearly cared about helping me make the right decision, not just rushing me through the process. I was respected, taken care of, and never pressured. Sam and Joe have earned another lifelong customer, and I highly recommend 360 Auto to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy help with their vehicle.
