I had a great experience working with both Sam and Joe. Sam went above and beyond in a way that really stood out. He was able to provide all-around amazing service to my vehicle up until it ultimately needed to be retired due to a manufacturer engine flaw. In addition to servicing my vehicle, his knowledge of the auto industry is deep. He was incredibly knowledgeable about a known Hyundai engine defect issue I was dealing with, and his advice helped save me thousands of dollars. Because of his guidance and technical know-how, I was able to handle the situation properly and ultimately receive full compensation from Hyundai.
