In addition to servicing my vehicle, his knowledge of the auto industry is deep. He was incredibly knowledgeable about a known Hyundai engine defect issue I was dealing with, and his advice helped save me thousands of dollars. Because of his guidance and technical know-how, I was able to handle the situation properly and ultimately receive full compensation from Hyundai. His advice during the process of purchasing a replacement vehicle was also incredibly valuable. He is honest, patient, professional, and clearly cared about helping me make the right decision, not just rushing me through the process. I was respected, taken care of, and never pressured.
